- 1 lb baby potatoes washed and halved
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- to taste salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
In a large bowl, toss the potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Thread the potatoes onto skewers.
Grill the skewers for about 20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown.
Remove from the grill and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
