Slow Cooker Alabama Pulled BBQ Chicken

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup white BBQ sauce store-bought or homemade
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
In a mixing bowl, combine white BBQ sauce, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts.
Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks.
Return the shredded chicken to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
Serve on buns or over rice, and enjoy!
