Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Place pork shoulder in slow cooker.
2. Add BBQ sauce, chicken broth, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until meat is tender.
4. Shred pork with two forks and mix with sauce in the slow cooker.
5. Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
