  • 4 pork chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Place pork chops in the slow cooker.
  2. 2. Add sliced onion on top of the pork chops.
  3. 3. In a bowl, mix BBQ sauce, brown sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the sauce mixture over the pork chops and onions.
  5. 5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. 6. Serve hot with your favorite sides.
