Slow Cooker Carolina BBQ Recipe

- 3 pounds Pork Shoulder
- 1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 cup Ketchup
- ¼ cup Brown Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Place the pork shoulder in the slow cooker.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine apple cider vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the mixture over the pork shoulder.
4. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
5. Remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred with two forks.
6. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix with the sauce.
7. Serve on buns or with your favorite sides.
