Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
  2. 2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  3. 3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  5. 5. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
  6. 6. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and cook for another 2 hours.
  7. 7. Unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook for another 1 hour.
  8. 8. Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
