Smoked BBQ Baby Back Ribs Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
- 1 cup BBQ Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
2. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
3. Mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
4. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
5. Place the ribs in the smoker and cook for 3 hours.
6. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and cook for another 2 hours.
7. Unwrap the ribs and brush with BBQ sauce. Cook for another 1 hour.
8. Remove from smoker and let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
