Smoked BBQ Stuffed Pineapple

- 2 Pineapples cut in half and cored
- 1 lb Pulled pork cooked
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Cut the pineapples in half and core them.
Brush the pineapple halves with olive oil.
Grill the pineapple halves for about 5 minutes on each side.
Mix the pulled pork with BBQ sauce.
Stuff the grilled pineapple halves with the pulled pork mixture.
Top with shredded cheese and place back on the grill until the cheese is melted.
