Smoked Gouda and Apple Grilled Cheese
A delicious twist on the classic grilled cheese, featuring smoked gouda and crisp apple slices.

- 4 slices Bread preferably sourdough
- 4 slices Smoked Gouda
- 1 Apple thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
2. Place two slices of bread, buttered side down, on a skillet over medium heat.
3. Layer smoked gouda and apple slices on top of the bread in the skillet.
4. Top with the remaining slices of bread, buttered side up.
5. Cook until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
6. Remove from the skillet, slice, and serve immediately.
