Sous Vide Maple Chipotle BBQ Pork Chops
Deliciously tender pork chops with a sweet and spicy maple chipotle BBQ sauce.

- 4 pork chops
- 0.5 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
- 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
- 0.25 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- to taste Salt and pepper
Preheat sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
In a bowl, mix maple syrup, chipotle, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
Place pork chops in a vacuum-seal bag with half of the sauce. Seal the bag.
Cook in the water bath for 2 hours.
Remove pork chops, pat dry, and brush with remaining sauce.
Sear on a hot grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
