Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoon chipotle in adobo sauce, minced
  • 0.25 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 0.25 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat sous vide water bath to 140°F (60°C).
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, chipotle, apple cider vinegar, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Place pork chops in a vacuum-seal bag with half of the sauce. Seal the bag.
  5. Cook in the water bath for 2 hours.
  6. Remove pork chops, pat dry, and brush with remaining sauce.
  7. Sear on a hot grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes per side.
