  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let them sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the pork chops for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
