- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Chipotle chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Honey
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chipotle chili powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, lime juice, and honey.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve hot with lime wedges.
