Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 2 tablespoon Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Red chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro, chopped for garnish
1. In a mixing bowl, combine coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, red chili flakes, soy sauce, honey, and olive oil.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Garnish with chopped cilantro and serve immediately.
