Marinade
- 1 cup Buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon Hot Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 pieces Chicken Breasts
In a mixing bowl, combine buttermilk, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Add chicken breasts to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
