Ingredients 

Fish and Marinade

  • 4 fillets White Fish like tilapia or cod
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper

Taco Assembly

  • 8 tortillas Corn Tortillas
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 0.5 cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 unit Lime cut into wedges

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
  4. 4. Grill the fish for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
  5. 5. Warm the corn tortillas on the grill for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. 6. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled fish in each tortilla, and topping with shredded cabbage, chopped cilantro, and a squeeze of lime.
