Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, cayenne pepper, paprika, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
  2. 2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Thread the shrimp onto skewers.
  5. 5. Grill the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until they are opaque and cooked through.
  6. 6. Serve hot with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
