Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Fish fillets such as tilapia or cod
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced and zested

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the fish fillets with the spice mixture on both sides.
  4. Grill the fish for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove the fish from the grill and sprinkle with fresh dill and lime juice and zest.
  6. Serve immediately.
