Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 unit Juice of 1 lime
- 1 unit Salt and pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
2. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
3. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
5. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, until opaque and cooked through.
6. Serve immediately with extra lime wedges if desired.
