Spinach Salad with Grilled Salmon and Strawberries

- 4 fillets salmon seasoned with salt and pepper
- 8 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups strawberries sliced
- 0.5 cup feta cheese crumbled
- 0.25 cup red onion thinly sliced
- 0.25 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
In a large bowl, combine spinach, strawberries, feta cheese, and red onion.
Top with grilled salmon.
