- 2 lbs pork ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Season ribs with salt and pepper, then brown them in the pot.
3. Add BBQ sauce and enough water to cover the ribs.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
5. Remove ribs, let rest for a few minutes, then serve.
