Taco Pizza with Grilled Halloumi

Main Ingredients
- 1 piece Pizza dough store-bought or homemade
- 200 g Halloumi cheese sliced
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup Cooked ground beef seasoned with taco seasoning
- 1 cup Chopped lettuce
- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup Sour cream
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Grill the halloumi slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Set aside.
3. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
4. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
7. Add the cooked ground beef evenly over the cheese.
8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
9. Remove the pizza from the oven and top with grilled halloumi slices, chopped lettuce, tomatoes, and dollops of sour cream.
10. Slice and serve immediately.
