- 1 Pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into rings
- 2 tablespoon Tajin seasoning
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Sprinkle Tajin seasoning evenly over the pineapple rings.
Grill the pineapple rings for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear and the pineapple is slightly caramelized.
Remove from grill and serve warm.
