Ingredients 

Shrimp and Marinade

  • 1 lb Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Salsa

  • 2 cups Diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup Diced red onion
  • 1 cup Chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat.
  3. 3. Thread shrimp onto skewers.
  4. 4. Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until opaque and cooked through.
  5. 5. In another bowl, combine diced tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt to make the salsa.
  6. 6. Serve grilled shrimp with fresh salsa on the side.
