Rub
- 2 tablespoons Paprika
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Chili powder
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
2. Mix all the rub ingredients together in a bowl.
3. Apply the rub generously to the beef ribs.
4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every hour.
5. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
