Ingredients 

Ribs

  • 4 pounds Beef ribs

Rub

  • 2 tablespoons Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Sauce

  • 1 cup BBQ sauce

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your grill to 275°F (135°C).
  2. 2. Mix all the rub ingredients together in a bowl.
  3. 3. Apply the rub generously to the beef ribs.
  4. 4. Place the ribs on the grill and cook for 3 hours, basting with BBQ sauce every hour.
  5. 5. Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and let them rest for 10 minutes before serving.
