- 4 slices Texas toast
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoon Butter softened
1. Butter one side of each slice of Texas toast.
2. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
3. Place two slices of bread, butter side down, in the skillet.
4. Add a slice of cheese on each piece of bread, then spread guacamole on top.
5. Top with another slice of cheese and the remaining bread, butter side up.
6. Cook until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
