Ingredients

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger minced
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, minced ginger, lime juice, vegetable oil, and chili flakes.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill the chicken thighs for about 10 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
  5. 5. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
