Three Cheese and Basil Grilled Cheese Sandwich
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and fresh basil.

- 4 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, softened
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil leaves
Butter one side of each slice of bread.
On the unbuttered side, layer mozzarella, cheddar, Parmesan, and basil leaves.
Top with another slice of bread, buttered side out.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook sandwiches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
