  • 4 slices Bread Preferably sourdough
  • 2 slices Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 2 slices Swiss Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Softened

Instructions 

  1. 1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
  2. 2. Place one slice of each cheese between two slices of bread, buttered sides out.
  3. 3. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  4. 4. Cook the sandwich until golden brown on both sides and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
