Tortellini Alfredo with Grilled Chicken

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 1 package Tortellini cheese-filled
- 2 cups Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
- 2 tablespoon Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
3. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
4. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
6. Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat.
7. Serve tortellini Alfredo topped with sliced grilled chicken. Enjoy!
