Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
  • 1 package Tortellini cheese-filled
  • 2 cups Heavy Cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. 2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice.
  3. 3. Cook tortellini according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  4. 4. In a pan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  5. 5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. 6. Add cooked tortellini to the sauce and toss to coat.
  7. 7. Serve tortellini Alfredo topped with sliced grilled chicken. Enjoy!
