Tropical Grilled Chicken Breast

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast boneless, skinless
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper.
Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
