Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
  • 1 cup Pineapple Juice
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, and black pepper.
  2. Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  5. Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
