Tropical Grilled Pork Chops

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork Chops bone-in or boneless
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce low sodium
- 2 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 cloves Garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine pineapple juice, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, and black pepper.
Place pork chops in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour marinade over them. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Remove pork chops from marinade and grill for 6-8 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
Let the pork chops rest for 3 minutes before serving.
