Tropical Salsa with Grilled Mango

Main Ingredients
- 2 pieces Mangoes peeled and sliced
- 1 cup Pineapple diced
- 1 piece Red Bell Pepper diced
- ¼ cup Red Onion finely chopped
- 1 piece Jalapeño seeded and minced
- ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
- 1 piece Lime juiced
- to taste Salt
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill the mango slices for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have nice grill marks.
Remove the mango from the grill and let it cool. Once cooled, dice the mango.
In a mixing bowl, combine the grilled mango, pineapple, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, and lime juice.
Season with salt to taste and mix well.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
