Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked beans (any variety)
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Stir in the cooked beans, BBQ sauce, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
