  • 4 pieces Chicken Thighs boneless, skinless
  • 3 stalks Lemongrass finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine lemongrass, garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
