Main Ingredients
- 500 g Pork shoulder thinly sliced
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 tablespoon Fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemongrass minced
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1. In a bowl, combine garlic, fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, lemongrass, black pepper, and vegetable oil.
2. Add the pork slices to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread the marinated pork onto skewers.
5. Grill the skewers for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
