Warm Grilled Peach and Kale Salad

- 2 peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 cups kale, chopped
- ¼ cup feta cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup walnuts, toasted
- 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush peach halves with olive oil.
Grill peaches for 3-4 minutes on each side until grill marks appear.
In a large bowl, combine kale, feta, and walnuts.
Chop grilled peaches and add to the salad.
Drizzle with balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and toss to combine.
