- 1 head Red Cabbage cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
- 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Honey
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Brush the cabbage wedges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Grill the cabbage wedges for about 5 minutes on each side, until charred and tender.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar and honey.
Chop the grilled cabbage and toss it in the bowl with the vinegar and honey mixture.
Serve warm.
