  • 1 head Red Cabbage cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush the cabbage wedges with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill the cabbage wedges for about 5 minutes on each side, until charred and tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar and honey.
  5. Chop the grilled cabbage and toss it in the bowl with the vinegar and honey mixture.
  6. Serve warm.
