Instructions
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Rinse and pat dry the trout. Brush each fish with olive oil inside and out. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff each trout with lemon slices and a sprig of dill.
Place the trout in a fish basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the grill and serve hot.
