  • 4 whole trout, cleaned
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lemons, sliced
  • 4 sprigs fresh dill

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Rinse and pat dry the trout. Brush each fish with olive oil inside and out. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stuff each trout with lemon slices and a sprig of dill.
  4. Place the trout in a fish basket or directly on the grill. Grill for about 10 minutes on each side, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Remove from the grill and serve hot.
